The Little Giant Velocity ladder combines several common ladder configurations into one adaptable climbing system. Independently telescoping sides and an articulating hinge allow the Velocity to quickly transition between A-frame, extension, staircase, and 90-degree positions, helping users adapt to changing tasks without bringing multiple ladders to the job.

Constructed from lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum, the Velocity balances strength with portability. As a result, contractors, maintenance professionals, and serious DIY users can handle demanding projects while still having a ladder that is easier to transport, reposition, and store.

Fast Adjustments with Patented Rapid Locks™

Changing the height and configuration of the Little Giant Velocity ladder is straightforward with the patented Rapid Lock™ system. Twist the lock, slide the ladder rails to the desired position, and twist again to securely lock the rails in place.

The oversized design provides a reliable grip even when wearing thick work gloves. Combined with independently telescoping sides, the adjustment system allows the ladder to accommodate different heights and configurations while keeping setup efficient.

Non-marring feet also provide a secure grip while helping protect finished floors from scuffs and marks. Therefore, the Velocity is equally useful for interior projects and demanding jobsite applications.

Professional Type IA Performance

The Velocity carries a Type IA duty rating with a 300 lb load capacity and meets or exceeds applicable OSHA and ANSI standards.

When configured as an A-frame, both sides are rated to 300 lbs. Consequently, two people can climb and work from opposite sides of the ladder simultaneously when it is properly configured for A-frame use.

Additionally, the Velocity can be converted into a trestle-and-plank scaffolding system. By removing the outer ladder sections and using compatible trestle brackets and a plank, users can create a wider working platform for larger projects. Trestle brackets, plank, and other required accessories are sold separately.
