DuPont™ Tyvek® 400 Coveralls are constructed from flash-spun high-density polyethylene, creating a unique nonwoven material available only from DuPont. As a result, Tyvek® 400 delivers an exceptional balance of protection, durability, and comfort compared to other limited-use fabrics.
Because protection is built directly into the fabric, there are no films or laminates to crack, abrade, or wear away. Therefore, these Tyvek 400 coveralls maintain a consistent barrier against dry particles down to 1.0 micron, even after repeated movement and abrasion.
Tyvek® Coveralls with Comfort-Focused Design
These Tyvek 400 coveralls feature a comfort-fit design developed from extensive wearer feedback. Consequently, the garment allows a greater range of motion while bending, stretching, or reaching during active work. Reinforced stress areas help reduce blowouts, while the longer zipper simplifies donning and doffing.
In addition, the pin-locking zipper slider stays securely in place once engaged, helping maintain protection throughout the workday. The laydown collar, elastic wrists, and elastic ankles further improve fit while limiting particle entry.
